1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "bgw999" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at bgw999.org, including all sub-pages, services, game verticals, and promotional programmes made available through it.
• "Platform" means the bgw999 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all technology infrastructure used to deliver gaming and betting services to registered users.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bgw999 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration and KYC verification on bgw999.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a User using real-money funds held in their bgw999 Account balance.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated on bgw999.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed and for ongoing regulatory compliance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit funds credited to a User's Account by bgw999 under a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Operator" means the licensed entity that owns, operates, and is legally responsible for the bgw999 Platform under its international gaming license.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bgw999 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the bgw999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the bgw999 Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact bgw999 support to request account closure.

bgw999 reserves the right to require Users to actively re-confirm acceptance of these Terms following material amendments, including by presenting an in-platform confirmation prompt at the time of next login.

3 Eligibility

Use of the bgw999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bgw999 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and conducts CNIC-based age verification as part of the KYC process. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing bgw999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law for the specific activity you are engaging in.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of the Operator or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have a subsisting self-exclusion agreement with bgw999 or an active account suspension imposed by bgw999 at the time of attempted access or registration.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming and betting on bgw999, you must complete the registration process and satisfy the Platform's KYC requirements. The following conditions apply:

• Each User may hold only one Account on bgw999. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• KYC verification requires submission of a clear copy of your valid CNIC (front and back). bgw999 may additionally request proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or a selfie verification at its discretion.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to bgw999's satisfaction. bgw999 reserves the right to restrict account functionality pending KYC completion.
• You must notify bgw999 promptly if any registered information changes. bgw999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

bgw999 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bgw999 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

• You must not share your bgw999 Login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• bgw999 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from bgw999 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• All activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active — including all wagers placed and all losses incurred — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified bgw999 of unauthorised access prior to such activity taking place.
• In the event you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bgw999 support immediately to request an account freeze pending investigation.
• bgw999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account and using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bgw999 are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• bgw999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and debit cards. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at bgw999's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the bgw999 Account dashboard and are subject to periodic revision.
• Deposits are processed in real time in most cases. bgw999 accepts no liability for delays caused by the User's bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account or a verified method in the User's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• bgw999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the receiving institution.
• bgw999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may extend processing time. bgw999 will notify the User if additional documentation is required.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bgw999 offers various promotional incentives to registered Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Each promotion is available only once per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds carry wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within a stated time window, which varies by promotion. Uncompleted bonus wagering will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited upon expiry.
• Where a promotional offer specifies minimum odds conditions, only Wagers meeting or exceeding those minimum odds will contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment.
• bgw999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Users will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions where reasonably practicable.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotions will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of derived winnings, and may result in account suspension.

bgw999 reserves the right to refuse to issue a bonus or to reclaim bonus amounts already credited if, in bgw999's reasonable assessment, the User is engaged in abusive or ineligible conduct in relation to the promotion.

8 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all casino games, live dealer tables, and virtual game content available on the bgw999 Platform:

• All game outcomes on bgw999 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by bgw999 are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. bgw999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game's information panel or the bgw999 game library documentation. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the affected round will be subject to review. bgw999 will use server-side logs to determine the outcome where technically possible. bgw999 does not guarantee any particular outcome for interrupted rounds.
• Users must not use any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to interact with bgw999 games. Use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface before a round commences.

9 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply specifically to the sports betting services offered through bgw999, including PSL cricket markets, international cricket fixtures, and all other sports markets available on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. bgw999 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Any bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds (including due to system errors) may be voided at bgw999's discretion.
• For cricket betting, including PSL T20 markets, the match result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or other applicable authority) shall be the official result for settlement purposes.
• Bets on matches that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published for each sport. Where no specific rule applies, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to delays between real-world events and the Platform displaying updated odds. bgw999 accepts no liability for bets placed on the basis of information already known to the User at the time of placement that has not yet been reflected in the Platform odds.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply. Current payout limits are displayed within the sportsbook section of the bgw999 Platform.
• bgw999 reserves the right to limit the stake size accepted from any individual User on any market at any time, without being required to provide reasons for such a limitation.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgw999 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on bgw999 (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification request.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the bgw999 Platform, place bets, or derive an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Colluding with other Users in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player game format available on bgw999.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the bgw999 Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such vulnerability must be reported to bgw999 support immediately upon discovery.
• Abuse of bgw999 promotions, including systematically opening accounts to claim welcome offers, structuring bets to exploit wagering requirement mechanics, or coordinating with others to achieve guaranteed profit from promotions.
• Using the bgw999 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal purpose.
• Accessing the bgw999 Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or compliance controls.

11 Responsible Gaming

bgw999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Users. The following tools and policies are in place as part of bgw999's responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time reminders: bgw999 provides optional session time alerts that notify Users when they have been active on the Platform for a defined period.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications are available to remind Users of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.
• Self-exclusion: Users who wish to stop gambling may request self-exclusion from bgw999 for a period of their choice, ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the User's Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will be suppressed.
• Account cooling-off: Users may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days without committing to a full self-exclusion.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the bgw999 Platform — including but not limited to the bgw999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bgw999 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any bgw999 content without prior written consent from the Operator.
• You must not use the bgw999 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written authorisation.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability to any User in connection with the bgw999 Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their bgw999 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bgw999 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned, including maintenance windows, technical failures, or events beyond bgw999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their bgw999 Login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds, markets, or game information arising from data feed errors outside bgw999's control, where corrective action has been taken as soon as reasonably practicable upon discovery.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14 Termination & Account Closure

bgw999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or direction from a competent law enforcement authority.
• Where bgw999 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that continued operation of the Account poses a material risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Users.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to irregular, fraudulent, or prohibited activity may be forfeited. Balances not attributable to such activity will be returned to the User via their verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding AML review.

Users may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting bgw999 support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method after completion of standard withdrawal processing checks.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute between you and bgw999 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact bgw999 support in the first instance. Our team will aim to resolve your complaint within 5 business days of receiving full details of the dispute.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the matter as a formal complaint by writing to [email protected]. bgw999 will issue a final position letter within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved following Step 2, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory authority under bgw999's international gaming license. Details of the applicable regulatory escalation mechanism are available from bgw999 support upon request.

Nothing in this section prevents a User from pursuing any legal remedy available to them under applicable law.

16 Amendments to These Terms

bgw999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, bgw999 will provide notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via an in-platform notification at next login, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the bgw999 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.

bgw999 recommends that Users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current conditions governing their use of the Platform. The version number and effective date at the top of this page indicate the currently applicable version.
